About Me

Hello and welcome to Charlotte Street! 

My name is Hannah. I am a twenty-something North Carolinian who started this blog as a way to share my adventures and interests.

This is me and the hubby.

Why is it named Charlotte Street, you ask? 

Well, this might be cheesy but my husband and I met in London on a summer internship (no he is not British) and while there I worked on Charlotte Street. My now husband would meet me for lunch on Charlotte Street nearly everyday. Therefore, this street and this city will always be special to me.

Since London we have lived in New York and now live in J's home state of Texas.

I will always be a strong lover of NC and love visiting my family and friends whenever possible. 

But I also love the warm weather in Texas (yes, even 1/3rd of the year it's above 100 degrees).

My favorite thing in the world (besides my husband) is my 4 year old Maltipoo, Gracie.

I never need an occasion to drink Champagne. 

I bake almost everyday.

I am addicted to online shopping.

And I am happiest by the water.
